Back in 2015 Mega Man Legacy Collection was released and featured the first six Mega Man games in one convenient package on current generation systems. Well Capcom has decided to show the Blue Bomber a little more love as they have announced Mega Man Legacy Collection 2. This second collection of games will feature entries 7 through 10 in the series, along with several all new features.
If you’re new to the series and looking to ease yourself into the games there will be an option to play them with additional armor and there will also be easily reloadable checkpoints. A returning feature from the first collection will be challenges and stage remixes that will test your skills and offer up new ways to play these old favorites. Also returning is the Mega Man Museum that will give incite into the history of the games with a variety of development materials like concept art.
Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be available in North America beginning on August 8, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The collection will be $19.99 and available digitally, as well as at retail for PS4 and Xbox One. Check out the announce trailer below to see these classics in action.
