Rather than be bummed out about not getting the Metal Gear: Snake’s Revenge soundtrack on vinyl, I thought it would be nice to appreciate that I got Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake on vinyl. Since it’s a pretty substantial soundtrack (you might say it’s one of “substance”), we’re going to split it up over two episodes.
For this episode, we’re going to listen to the music on the first disc of the vinyl as well as go over the seven (!) different composers for this game. On the second episode, we’ll be listening to the music on the second disc, as well some alternate versions of tracks and music that didn’t make it on there.
The ROWYCO theme song is “Kaze Fuma” and was created by chibi-tech for the podcast.
