Welcome to Mighty Morphin May! Every week this month, Jason Arriola and Dominic Chavez are going to be picking games based on the Power Rangers. We’re not just covering the “Mighty Morphin” era, but Mighty Morphin May has a nice ring to it, so we hope you can forgive us that technicality!
Up first, we’re covering the Super Nintendo version of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Iku Mizutani and Kinuyo Yamashita composed this gem. It’s another one of those that harkens back to why Rock Out With Your Cart Out became a thing at all – a great soundtrack attached to a not-so-great game.
The ROWYCO theme song, “Kaze Fuma”, was composed by chibi-tech and our logo was designed by Melissa Diaz. Like what you hear?
